Hello, and thank you for taking the time to peruse my portfolio! Allow me to introduce myself: my name is Brendan Westfall, and I am currently a fourth-year student in the professional Bachelors of Architecture program at The Pennsylvania State University. From hand drawing to hands-on concrete construction to programming an entire recreation center, the past four years at Penn State have allowed me to transform from a kid who took one drafting course in high school into a well-rounded young professional with a diverse skill set. These skills are further supplemented by my design philosophy, which is a balanced approach focusing primarily on shaping the experience of the users of the facilities I design, with additional attention paid to how the forms and facades of my structures communicate the message of each particular entity that my projects represent. Beyond my studies I am a resident of Richmond, Virginia, an Eagle Scout, and an avid (though terrible) rock climber. Thanks again for taking the time to view my work, I sincerely appreciate it. Please see below for an overview of my qualifications, as well as a link to download a PDF version of my resume.
